What is EstimateDelta?
EstimateDelta is an AI-powered tool that reviews your carrier's insurance estimate (starting with roofing and water mitigation Xactimate estimates) and identifies missed or underpaid line items, code/standard-required upgrades, and other underpayments, then generates a ready-to-send supplement pack.
Who is EstimateDelta for?
EstimateDelta is built for roofing contractors, restoration companies, and public adjusters who work property insurance claims and want to increase claim accuracy and reduce time spent writing supplements.
What do I need to use EstimateDelta?
You only need the carrier's estimate as a PDF (usually an Xactimate estimate). You can optionally add job photos and notes about items you believe were missed.
What does the AI actually do?
The AI compares your carrier's estimate against a curated library of commonly missed line items and state/standard requirements. It flags missing or underpaid items, estimates the additional recoverable amount, and drafts a supplement letter and photo checklist based on those findings.
Which trades and states are supported?
Roofing and water mitigation are fully supported for all 50 U.S. states. Fire damage and general restoration workflows are under active development and may be marked as "coming soon" in the app.
Does EstimateDelta guarantee that my supplement will be approved?
No. EstimateDelta helps you build a stronger, better-documented supplement request, but final decisions rest with the carrier, policy language, and your supporting documentation. You remain responsible for reviewing and deciding what to submit.
Is this legal or public adjusting advice?
No. EstimateDelta is a software tool. It is not a law firm, public adjusting firm, or licensed contractor and does not provide legal, public adjusting, or professional engineering advice. Always consult qualified professionals where required.
How is pricing structured?
You can either pay $149 per report (one-time) or subscribe for $599/month for unlimited reports under one company account (with a limited number of team seats).
What happens after I pay?
After checkout, you are redirected into the app. Per-report purchases give you credit for one report. Subscription purchases unlock unlimited report generation while your subscription remains active.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes. You can cancel any time through the billing portal. Your subscription remains active through the end of the current billing period, and you will not be charged again unless you restart your subscription.
How is my data stored and secured?
We store your data in encrypted databases and object storage, and access is restricted to your account and authorized systems. See our Privacy Policy for full details on how we collect, use, and protect your information.
What if the AI gets something wrong or misreads my estimate?
You should always review every report before submitting it. If there is a parsing error or clearly unusable output, you can contact support and we will either regenerate the report or provide a refund or credit at our discretion.
